REDI mobile app is a courier service app that provides an easy process to send and receive goods for either personal or business purposes.
In this present economy, logistics plays a very important role in facilitating seamless business operations saving time and resources.
The logistics and supply chain sector in recent times has become one of the fastest growing industries around the world and requires proper planning, documentation, and execution from the pickup point to the destination.
I did qualitative research to understand user's behaviors, needs, and pain points. I set out screener questions to a certain user's responses and know my target audience (users) who likely use courier services which I shared through Google Forms. Also, interviews were conducted for those who were willing to be interviewed - virtually.
Afterwards, I collated the results bringing out the pain points that helped me in building necessary features and to achieve my goals. I also drew a user flow chart as a guide.
REDI is gotten from the word READY dictionary meaning includes ‘fully prepared’, ‘easily available or obtained’, ‘within reach’, and ‘prepare (someone or something) for an activity or purpose’.
Mehn..., after too long brainstorming and procrasting, I had to take the name, at last the name felt so good for the purpose. Is for sale though, just a DM away
Alright, there were different concepts, like the ‘On your Mass, Get Ready and Go’ so REDI is the brand between your items from it’s origin to its destination.
